Custom Order Process
I would love to help you design a custom single garter or set! Each client receives my utmost time and attention during the entire process from design to delivery.
If you have an idea for a custom garter design, please fill out the Contact Us form. We can communicate via phone or email to decide on the final design details. Once all of the details are chosen, I will contact you within 1-3 days with the final price quote. Prices for custom orders are determined by materials used/requested, time spent on garter design and assembly and other add-ons such as hand embroidery and other specific design requests.
From there, I place a custom listing on the website from which you can place your order. Please note that I don't order any materials until your order has been placed. Throughout the process, I will contact you with photos to ensure your approval of the final design.
Additional fees may be charged after order placement for design changes resulting in the use or purchase of extra materials or requiring extra production hours.
Please keep the style/fit/length of your wedding gown into account when choosing a garter design. Certain styles such as sheath or mermaid are fitted close to the leg and may show through.
Production of custom orders may take up to 14 business days or more from date of order, receipt of materials and finalization of design details. Completed garter/set is not sent out until final customer approval has been granted via phone, text or email.
Custom orders may be canceled up to 12 hours after order placement for a full refund. Returns are not accepted on custom orders, but please contact me if there is a problem with your item and I will work to correct it.
If you don't see it, please ask! I have created garters based on sports teams, military colors, nicknames, mutual interests and more. I truly enjoy taking your ideas and helping you interpret them into the perfect garter!
